Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.  We charge a $5 fee for an order changed or cancelled after noon on Monday. This fee will be charged to your card in lieu of your order.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. We will not deliver substandard products, and will remove unacceptable items from your order.  You will not be charged for missing items.  We do not substitute Products without Member consent.  

In the event that product gets damaged during packing or delivery, we will provide a store credit to the member, provided that the damaged goods are returned or documented in photos and submitted to support@patchworkalliance.com within 24 hours of delivery.

For Home Deliveries, please ensure that you are home during the delivery window, or leave an iced cooler in a covered location for your delivery so that your products stay cool and fresh.   We are not responsible for damage and wilting that occur after Products are delivered to your home.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producer to deliver market-grade products. Our members understands that since our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".

Glass bottle return policy. Dairy & other containers purchased through our site by deposit are subject to fee as specified during the product purchase, by the Producer. Please return these completely clean to receive your deposit back - if they are not clean, our Market pays the fee!
