The Farm at Spring Creek is a farm and farm-stay in Greeneville, TN. We are four generations of family now living in north Greene County in East Tennessee. We produce and sell Pasture-Raised, Pasture-Finished (grass-fed) Beef, Homemade-Small-Batch-Artisan-Soap, Raw Honey, and Farm-Fresh Eggs. We offer log cabin accommodations on our farm. We also offer homesteading, farm, and artisan classes seasonally and on-demand throughout the year. The Farm at Spring Creek is locally owned and operated in Greeneville, TN.

Our Beef Cattle are raised and finished on pasture. They are never given any grain. If for some reason we have to give them medical attention and they require grain for any period of time we pull them from our beef program. We are constantly working to improve our soil and conserve the water and transition to a completely regenerative agriculture operation. We are part of the Tennessee Department of Agriculture's Pick Tennessee Products, Appalachain Grown Farms, Tennessee Cattleman's Association, and Master Beef Producers through the University of Tennessee. Our beef is USDA inspected, vaccuum-sealed, and hard frozen. We dry-age our beef for maximum flavor.
