R Farm was founded in 1980 by John Roland in Weaverville, NC. Since then we still use many same practices and grow what we love - organic produce! We focus on growing a a variety of seasonal crops; everything from leafy greens, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, yacon and herbs. A large bamboo forest located on the property so we offer bamboo shoots every spring/ early summer. Wild foraged goods include ramps, wood nettles & mushrooms.
